Possible Listing Issues:

Alternate application fee/Link to separate application
As a provider of an online application and screening tool, we do not list properties with alternative application information or options. See why our applications and screening reports have been trusted by over 100,000 landlords.

Link to external site:
We do not allow links to other sites in our listings descriptions. Additionally, most of our marketing partners automatically remove links from listings so it’s unlikely that the link would be seen anyway.

Room for Rent
Many of our marketing partners do not support individual room rentals so we advise against it. We've had users try posting rooms in the past, and potential renters always assume the listing is for a full property at a very low price. When bringing on a roommate it is important for your own safety that you collect and online application and screening report. Screening reports include a credit report as well as a criminal background check. Check out this article to learn more about inviting a renter to apply. To learn more about only doing a screening report read this article.
