When you add your property to TurboTenant and begin marketing, we push the listing out to several different third-party sites. You are going to want to have your listing stand out to bring you the most potential renters.
Here are some tips to do that!
Upload at least 7-8 photos and renters will be 38% more likely to inquire about your listings. This will ensure the renter sees as much of the property to determine if it is a good fit for them.

TurboTip: Add the photos in the order that the tenant would experience the walk-thru. This will allow them to get a good idea of the layout of the home.
You will also need to make sure that the full listing address is connected to the property that you are adding. This will make the listing easier to find on those third-party sites. At this time, TurboTenant does not provide a general area search for the listing, a renter will need that full address.
Ensure that your listing description is going to give potential renters the feeling of home. You can use our new AI description generator to bulk up that description and make potential renters feel like they are already home! AI will take features that you have checked during the setup process and add them so you don't have to!
Another thing you can check is the listing price. TurboTenant has resources for you to compare the average rent in your area to your listing and get an average price that would be fair. You can check out that Rent Estimate Report here.
Once you are ready and you have your best listing description, a fair rental price, and great photos, you can begin marketing. Once you begin marketing, your listing will be live on TurboTenant within 24 hours! It will start to list on third-party sites that approve the listing for syndication within 48 business hours.
