Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How many times can I edit my rental property?
A: You can edit your rental as many times as you need. If you are marketing the rental online, changes will automatically update on 3rd party listing sites within 48 hours.
Q: Can I hide my street address for my rental listing?
A: Third-party sites that we send your listing to require that you add the entire street address. TurboTenant will be unable to syndicate your listing without the full address.
Q: Can I hide my phone number?
A: The majority of our rental listing websites require phone and email contact information to post, so we require both to list through TurboTenant’s network. If you would prefer not to have your personal phone number posted on public websites, you may be interested in our Call Forwarding feature with our Premium Plan! With Call Forwarding, you receive a unique marketing phone number for each property that forwards calls to your phone number without your personal number being listed on marketing sites.
Q: How can I switch the property type after creating it?
A: To change the property type, you'll need to add a new property from the beginning. Once a property is created, its type cannot be edited.
