Are you looking to manually share your rental listing with potential tenants? No worries, we've got you covered. Here's a quick guide on how to share your property listing and locate the URL link for your listing web page, all from within your TurboTenant account.

On the Web:
Step 1: Log in to TurboTenant and click on the Properties tab on the lefthand menu:
Step 2: Click on the property you would like to share or grab the listing URL for:
Step 3: Select the Marketing tab within the Property Profile.
Step 4: Click the Share drop-down to view your sharing options.
Youâll see the option to copy your propertyâs Listing Page URL or share it directly.

đĄ TurboTip: You must complete your listing information before you can share your listing.
If your property doesnât have a listing yet, youâll see a button that says Complete My Listing instead of Share Listing. Once your listing page is complete, youâll be able to share it easily by following the steps above.

Once you have finished creating your listing page, you'll be able to share it with ease, following the steps above.
In the Mobile App:
Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and tap on the Properties tab at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2 - Tap on the Share Listing button under the property that you wish to share, or tap on the property profile itself.
Step 3 - Within the property profile, you can copy the link directly underneath the Listing Page section.
Tap on Share to send directly with a contact via text, email, or another app. You can tap Copy to directly copy the URL and use as you need. Tapping on Edit allows you to edit your listing's details.
