Adding more rooms, units, and properties to your TurboTenant account is simple.
You can start the process on TurboTenant.com or through the TurboTenant mobile app:
If you don't have the option to duplicate a room, unit, or rental property, you can learn how to add a new multi-unit property here.
Adding Additional Rooms
Click on Properties, then select the property you are adding rooms to.
Click New Room
Then add a room name/number, your target room rent, and room deposit.
Finally, click I'm Done to save all your new room rentals.
TurboTip:
Click Duplicate Room and provide a unique room name/number.
Clicking Add Another Room will allow you to add a new blank room. Next, add a unique room name/number, your target room rent, and room deposit.
Adding Additional Units
Click on Properties, then select the property you are adding units to.
Click New Unit
Then add a unit number, beds, baths, target rent, and target deposit.
Finally, click I'm Done to save all your new units.
TurboTip:
Click Duplicate Unit and provide a unique unit number.
Clicking Add Another Unit will allow you to add a new blank unit. Next, add a unique unit number, beds, baths, target rent, and target deposit.
Adding Additional Rental Properties
Click on Properties, then select the property you are adding additional rental properties.
Click Settings
Click Duplicate to make a copy of an existing property.
Finally, click View My Property to see your new rental property.
