You found a listing on TurboTenant, how can you verify availability?

Properties on TurboTenant and third-party syndication sites can take up to 48 hours to be removed. If you see a listing that is still up, the best thing you can do is reach out to the landlord to verify the availability. This can be done on the listing page using their contact information.

TurboTip: Contacting the landlord before applying will ensure that you are not applying to a property that has already been rented out, saving you time and money!

The landlord will typically respond and let you know if the property is available or not. If it is, they can send you a link to apply or you can apply through the listing page.

TurboTenant does not provide a general search at this time. If you are still looking for a property you can use our search tool with the full address or rental ID through this link. Additionally, all of our active leases can be found on third-party listing sites such as Realtor.com, Rent.com, or Apartments.com.
