Snappt Income Verification & Fraud Detection is included with your Pro subscription at no extra cost to you. Your applicants pay $49 for their screening report, which includes Snappt. Applicants screening through a free account pay $55.

Income Verification & Fraud Detection, powered by Snappt, helps landlords verify whether a rental applicant's income documents are accurate and legitimate — without manual checks or contacting employers.

Snappt analyzes uploaded pay stubs, bank statements, and other proof of income to verify income and employment, detect document fraud, and flag inconsistencies. The result is a clear Passed, Failed, or Insufficient Documentation status in the screening report — giving you a more complete, data-backed picture of each applicant.

Free ACH Payments for Renters

Normally, renters pay a $2 convenience fee when they pay rent through TurboTenant via ACH (Bank Transfer). On Pro, this ACH fee is waived for your renters.

Q: How do upgrade fees work? A: If you upgrade from a lower-tier plan, such as the Essentials tier plan, to the Pro tier plan, you will only be charged the difference for that subscription year.

Q: If I purchase Pro tier while I have payments processing, will these be expedited?

A: Yes, if you purchase the Pro Plan while you have payments processing, these will be processed in the expedited timeline.

Q: Can I still use TurboTenant for free?

A: You can still use TurboTenant for free if you are not subscribed to the subscription. Landlords not subscribed to the subscription will have access to market rentals, screen tenants, collect rent online, communicate with renters, and more, all for free through TurboTenant.

Additionally, while listing, screening, and communication features are free, advanced tools such as customized screening questions, free ACH payments, and unlimited forms and signatures require a Pro subscription.

Q: Do I have access to any paid features if I don't purchase the subscription?

A: You can purchase the following as standalone items:

TurboTip: The standalone items listed above are available for individual purchase, making them accessible even if you're not on our subscription.
