If you signed a lease through TurboTenant or your landlord uploaded a lease and shared the document with you, you can download and view this lease agreement from your Renter Portal.

Step 1: Log in to your portal and go to the Documents tab.

Step 2: Select the Download button next to your lease agreement.

This will download a PDF version of your lease agreement that you can print or save to your computer. You can also do this for any other documents listed in the documents section.

FAQs

Q: How do I download the lease agreement before I sign it and send it back to the landlord?

A: You cannot download the lease agreement if you have received the lease agreement to sign. A final copy of the lease agreement will be shared once all parties have signed.

Q: I signed the lease agreement and sent it back to the landlord - where can I find my copy?

A: If you don’t see your lease agreement listed, it’s possible your landlord hasn’t completed or shared the final version yet. The lease will only be available once all parties, including the landlord, have signed.
