If you signed a lease through TurboTenant or your landlord uploaded a lease and shared the document with you, you can download and view this lease agreement from your Renter Portal.

Step 1: Log in to your portal and go to the Documents tab.

Step 2: Select the Download button next to your lease agreement.

This will download a PDF version of your lease agreement that you can print or save to your computer. You can also do this for any other documents listed in the documents section.

FAQs

Q: How do I download the lease agreement before I sign it and send it back to the landlord?

A: If the landlord sent the lease agreement for you to sign, the lease agreement cannot be downloaded and printed until the lease is finalized and signed by all parties.

Q: I signed the lease agreement and sent it back to the landlord; where is my copy of the lease agreement?

A: If you do not see your lease agreement listed, your landlord may not have completed the document or shared it with you. In this situation, you will want to contact the landlord for a copy of the lease agreement.
