Download or print your lease
Follow these steps to access your lease agreement:
Go to Lease Profiles in your dashboard
Select the lease profile you want to view
Scroll down to the Documents section
Click the Lease Agreement hyperlink
Download the file to your device
How to print your lease
There is no separate print button within TurboTenant.
Once the lease is downloaded, you can print it using your device’s settings:
Open the downloaded PDF on your device
Select the Print option from your device’s menu (this may be under File, Share, or the printer icon depending on your device)
Alternative way to download
You can also download your lease from the main lease view:
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the lease agreement
Select Download
Important notes
The lease must be purchased before it can be downloaded or printed
All sections of the lease must be completed and finalized
Fully signed leases will include all signatures in the downloaded PDF
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why can’t I download my lease agreement?
A: If you don’t see the option to download your lease, it’s usually because:
The lease has not been purchased
The lease has not been finalized (fully completed and built out)
You can download a lease once it has been finalized—even if it hasn’t been signed yet.
Q: Do I need signatures before I can download the lease?
A: No. You can download the lease as soon as it is:
Purchased
Finalized (completed in full)
Signatures are not required to download the lease.
Q: Will the downloaded lease include signatures?
A: It depends on the status of the lease:
If the lease is fully signed, all signatures will be included
If the lease is not yet signed, signatures will not appear in the document
Q: Can I print my lease directly from TurboTenant?
A: No, there is no built-in print button in TurboTenant.
To print your lease:
First download the lease as a PDF
Then use your device’s print option (File, Share menu, or printer icon)

A: You can find your lease here:
Go to Lease Profiles
Select your lease
Scroll to the Documents section
Click the Lease Agreement link
Q: Why don’t I see the Documents section?
A: This may happen if:
The lease has not been finalized yet
You are viewing the wrong lease profile
Make sure the lease is fully completed and finalized.
Q: Can I edit the lease after downloading it?
A: No. Downloading the lease creates a static PDF.
If you need to make changes:
Update the lease within TurboTenant
Then re-finalize it before downloading again
Q: Can my tenant download or print the lease too?
A: Yes. Once the lease has been shared:
Tenants can download and print the lease from their account
If fully signed, their version will include all signatures
