To access and view important documents in your tenant portal, follow these simple steps:
Log into your TurboTenant account.
Navigate to the Documents tab in your account dashboard.
Here, you’ll find all documents shared with you by your landlord, including:
Your lease agreement (once fully signed by all parties)
Condition reports
Any other documents related to your tenancy
You can download documents by clicking the download icon located to the right of each file.
Important: The lease agreement will only appear in your Documents tab after all parties have signed. If any signatures are missing, the lease will not yet be shared. The Documents tab is your go-to place for reviewing and downloading all official paperwork related to your rental.
All other documents that do not require a signature and have been shared with you will be displayed and accessible to you.
Troubleshooting Tips
I don’t see any documents in my portal:
Confirm you are logged into the correct account associated with your rental.
Check with your landlord to ensure they have uploaded and shared the documents with you.
Remember, lease agreements only appear after full signatures are completed.
The lease agreement isn’t showing up:
Verify if all parties have signed the lease. If not, ask your landlord for an update.
Try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in.
Documents look incorrect or incomplete:
Notify your landlord immediately so they can review and upload the correct versions.
