Contacting Renters

Connecting with the renters associated with your rental property is easy with TurboTenant! Here are the steps to contact your renters and inform them about upcoming changes or updates.

Locating Your Renters

The first step is to locate your renters’ contact information.

On a computer, click on the Leads, Applicants, or Tenants tab to the left. Then click on their profile to see all the contact details provided.

On a mobile device, click on the Renters tab on the bottom menu bar. Then click on Leads, Applicants, or Tenants to see the renter's profile.

Click on the Renter's name to see all the contact details provided.

Contact information will be listed in each individual profile so that you can contact them directly or message them through TurboTenant.


Messaging Through TurboTenant

You can quickly and easily message your renter(s) through TurboTenant as well.

Start by clicking on the Messages tab. Select an existing message to continue a conversation, or click New Message to start a new one!

When you start a new message, you'll need to enter the name of the renter you'd like to contact and select their name from the dropdown results before you can write your message.
