Using Autopilot with a TurboTenant Subscription

How TurboTenant’s Pro Plan works with Autopilot.

TurboTenant’s Pro plan is an optional subscription that adds advanced landlord tools to your TurboTenant account.

Autopilot owners can add the Pro plan at any time, but it is not required to use Autopilot. Autopilot already manages the operational work of leasing and managing your property.

The Pro plan simply provides additional platform tools, financial features, and discounts that some landlords find useful alongside the Autopilot service.

Benefits of the Pro Plan

Many Autopilot landlords add the Pro plan to gain extra financial tracking, reporting tools, and cost savings within their TurboTenant dashboard.

Many Autopilot landlords choose to use a Pro plan if they want to manage some of their own rentals while Autopilot manages others.

How Pro Can Benefit Autopilot Landlords

Autopilot manages the day-to-day operations of your property, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and leasing.

Some landlords choose to add Pro for additional financial tools and flexibility, especially if they want deeper reporting or manage properties outside of Autopilot.

With Pro, you get access to:

  • Lower tenant screening fees — reduced from $55 to $45 per applicant

  • Advanced accounting tools to track rental income, expenses, and payment history

  • Financial reporting and tax-ready summaries to simplify bookkeeping and tax preparation

  • Unlimited bank accounts for directing rent to different accounts or entities

  • Priority support for self-managed features, handled by a separate team from your Autopilot management team

These tools can be helpful if you:

  • Want detailed financial reporting for taxes or bookkeeping

  • Manage additional DIY properties alongside Autopilot

  • Prefer more control over financial tracking and reporting

Autopilot and Pro can be used together, but Pro is completely optional and depends on how much financial tracking and portfolio management you’d like within the platform.
