To invite a potential tenant to your property, follow the steps below!
On a web browser:
Step 1 - Log in to your account and click the Invite to Apply button on the Dashboard. You can also find the option on the Leads and Applicants tab as well.
Step 2 - Fill out the relevant information to either text or email a link to the application. You can choose to send via text and email as well. Finally, click “Invite.”

After clicking "Invite," you will receive a confirmation and instructions for the next steps. You can invite another renter or select I'm Done
On the mobile app:
Step 1 - Log in to your account and click on the Invite to Apply button on the Dashboard. You can also find this option within the Renters tab.
Step 2 - Fill out the relevant information; select your preferred method of delivery, either Text, Email, or Both, and then click “Invite."
You will see the Invitation Sent confirmation after clicking “Invite.” You can either select Invite Another Renter to start the process again, or press Done!
