Requesting a Screening Report

Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and go to your Applicants tab.

Step 2 - Select "Screen a Tenant" in the upper right corner.

Then select "Request a Report" under Screening Report Only.

Step 3 - Click "Let's Get Started" and provide the renter's information.

You can invite them via email, text, or both (recommended).

Step 4 - Pick the property the renter is applying to.

Step 5 - Select who you would like to have pay for the screening report: Landlord or Renter.

πŸ’‘ TurboTip: If you, as the Landlord, choose to pay for the screening report, you will enter your payment information. You will be charged the non-refundable fee immediately.

Step 6 - Select "Request Report"

The applicant will be sent an email prompting them to answer a few identity verification questions from the credit bureau (and pay the fee if you request the Renter Pays option).

Once completed, we'll notify you by email so you can view their report.
