Have a potential renter that you'd like to receive an online application and screening report for? Great! It's easy to get started, and we'll tell you everything you need to know.

Already have the renter's paper application or all of their information? You can skip the application and get a screening report on them, click here to learn how.

Step 1 - Login to your TurboTenant account

Step 2 - Add your property to TurboTenant

You can learn about that here.

Step 3 - Invite the renter to apply or share your link

You can learn more about that here.

Step 4 - View completed applications in the Renters tab

Step 5 -Request the Screening Report

You can read more about that here.

Step 6 - The applicant authorizes the report and verifies their identity

When you request the applicant's screening report, an authorization and verification email automatically generates to the tenant at the email address they provided in their application.

The applicant will need to authorize you to view their credit report and answer a few auto-generated identity verification questions provided by TransUnion (our partner credit bureau). For more information on why we do this, take a look at this article.

As soon as they authorize the report, you will be notified. You can then login to TurboTenant to review their screening report.
