If you decide to turn off the pre-screener option that is automatically sent out to your Leads who express an interest in your rental listing you'll want to follow the steps outlined below. You also can customize your pre-screener so that you can more efficiently sort leads.
As a note, you can always re-enable this setting in your account to activate this feature. Further, you'll still be able to manually send out the pre-screener for leads where you wish to gather more information from.
Step 1: In the bottom left corner of your TurboTenant dashboard, click Account.
Step 2: On the new menu, select Settings.
After selecting Settings, a new window will appear. Navigate to the Advanced section at the top of the page.
Step 3: Click Advanced
A new set of options will appear, navigate to the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Select "Turn off Auto Pre-Screener"
