How Do I Change My Password? (Landlord Account)

Update your password for your TurboTenant landlord account.

It's easy to change your password on both the TurboTenant website and within our mobile app.

Desktop Website Instructions

Follow these steps to change your password while using TurboTenant on your computer.

Step 1: Log in to your TurboTenant account, click Account, then Settings.

Step 2: Click Change Password on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 3: Fill out all of the fields within the pop-up window.

You'll need to type in your current password, then you'll type in your new password twice.

Step 4: Click Change to save your changes.

Your password has been successfully updated when you receive the success screen below!

Note: You can also reset your password here. You simply need to provide your email address, and we'll send you a link to safely change your password.


Mobile App Instructions

Follow these quick few steps to change your password while using TurboTenant's mobile app.

Step 1: From your dashboard, tap on More in the lower right-hand corner, then select Settings in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click on Change Password.

Next, enter your current password, then the new password you'd like to use twice. When you're ready to update, tap Change.

Step 3: Your password is updated.

Your password has been successfully updated when you receive the success screen below! When you tap on Back to My Account, you'll return to the main Settings page.
