Overview of Subscription Plans
TurboTenant provides several subscription options, including:
Essentials Plan: A standard plan with essential features for property management.
Pro Plan: An advanced plan with additional features for enhanced management.
How to Upgrade or Change Plans
Follow these steps to upgrade or change your TurboTenant subscription:
Navigate to Account > Settings > Billing.
Select Manage Plan.
Choose the plan you want to switch to (e.g., Essentials or Pro).
Confirm your selection and complete the payment process if required.
Subscription Plan: Past Due
If a subscription payment doesn’t go through, your plan may show as Past Due. This usually means we tried to process the payment, but the bank/card did not go through. To get back to Active, update your payment method and complete the outstanding payment in your account.
If you do not update your card, your account will revert back to the free plan, and you will no longer have access to your plan perks!
Note: This is important if you have multiple bank accounts connected.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
You will not be charged again unless you re-enable auto-renew or re-subscribe.
You can always reactivate your subscription at any time.
If you have access to multiple bank accounts, once the plan expires, the bank account will default to the first bank account that you added.
An automatic refund is not issued. If you wish to request a refund after canceling your subscription, TurboTenant provides a refund request form available here: TurboTenant Refund Request Form. Refunds are subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in our Terms of Use.
