As a Tenant of a landlord using TurboTenant, you can stop emails or SMS text messages. If you no longer want to receive emails, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of our marketing emails or email us at [email protected], and we can remove you.
To turn off TurboTenant notifications, click on the Settings tab, click Change Preferences to turn off all notifications. Make sure you save your settings!
Then select the notifications you'd like to turn off. Be sure to choose if you only want email, text, or email and text options.
TurboTip
You can't opt out of Rent Charge notifications if you are on an active lease with charges.
