Are you still receiving notifications after submitting a payment to your landlord?
If you submitted a payment (i.e., Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Check, etc.) outside of your TurboTenant portal for a charge, your landlord would need to manually record this in the lease associated with your profile to clear the unpaid or past-due status.
Once they record this as an offline payment, the charge should be removed from your portal, and you should no longer receive notifications.
Tip:
โSince offline payments are not automatically recorded through TurboTenant, charges will still appear. If you see charges after submitting the payment offline, please contact your landlord to remind them about your payment.
