TurboTenant automatically sends receipts to your tenants for every payment they make through our system, without any manual effort from the landlord. Additionally, if your tenants make payments outside of TurboTenant (such as with cash, check, or money order), you have the choice to send them a receipt yourself.
This option can be found in the Record Payment screen when selecting a charge you would like to record as paid outside of TurboTenant. You can read more about offline payments here. If you select "Yes", TurboTenant will email a receipt with the payment details to the tenant who paid the charge.
