Managing your subscriptions in your TurboTenant account is easy! You can activate or cancel a subscription or check its status and renewal date. These are not the same settings for Rent Payment settings.

To access your subscription settings, you'll want to take the following steps:

  1. Click on Account and Settings

  2. Click Billing

Once you're in the billing section of your account, you can manage the following:

Billing Method

This is the payment method on file that is used for your TurboTenant purchases and recurring subscriptions. You can update the card on file or remove the card at any time by clicking "Update" or "Remove Card."

Annual TurboTenant Subscription

You'll see if your TurboTenant Paid subscription status is Active or Inactive. Then, you'll have the option to Learn More or, for convenience, click on Cancel Subscription.

If your plan renews, you'll see the new renewal date and the amount that will be charged.

If you cancel in advance before your renewal, you'll still have access to the subscription benefits until the plan expires. A refund is not issued if you cancel the subscription.

The annual subscription renewal reminders are sent to the email address on file 30 days before the renewal date; if no action is taken, your subscription will automatically renew.

Maintenance Plus (Lula) Subscription

Maintenance Plus is available in specific markets. Not all users will be exposed to this subscription. You can join the waitlist in your account's ToolBox tab!

With Maintenance Plus, TurboTenant partnered with Lula to handle your inbound maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues directly with your tenant, and send a vetted Pro to your rental (if necessary) - all while keeping quality and price in mind.

To subscribe to Maintenance Plus, click Learn More or Cancel Subscription if you're canceling.

REI Hub Subscription

REI Hub is our accounting partner that is typically billed as a monthly subscription. The amount charged is based on the number of properties in your account.

You can use the Billing section of your settings to see your renewal date and price. If you need to cancel your subscription, this is the place to do so.

Receipts

As a landlord, you can access your subscription receipts within the Billing section of your account. The receipt will include the Date, Description, and Amount. You can download the receipts by clicking the download icon to the right of the receipt.

FAQs

Q: I received a notice that my payment has failed. What does this mean?

A: Your billing payment method is in your landlord account, which is connected to your subscriptions. If you have received a notice that your billing payment has failed, you'll need to update your billing card on file. If your card on file expires, you can click Update Payment Method from the pop-up when you log in or Remind Me Later. If you click Update Payment, it'll give you the option to Update or Remove Card.

If your card is expired and you still need to update the billing method, the annual plan status will display Past Due. If you have multiple bank accounts and multiple entities set up, canceling or not renewing the card on file will impact your account. The plan will revert to the free plan and revert to one bank account, and you will no longer have access to faster deposits, unlimited lease agreements, e-signs, or priority support.

Q: Is it possible to pay for the paid subscriptions with a bank account instead of a credit card?

A: TurboTenant paid subscriptions can only be paid with a credit or debit card, not a bank account.
