Cancel Subscription Requests - For Landlords

You can cancel and manage your subscriptions within your Account Settings in the Billing section. You can also turn off the auto-renew feature for your subscription.

Cancel Subscription Request For Tenants

You can cancel your subscription by navigating to the Settings tab in your tenant portal, then clicking on Billing, and clicking Cancel next to the subscription.


Refund Requests

To request a refund, please take the next step by filling out our Refund Request form:

Our Accounting Department will review these forms, and you can expect to hear back from them within 6-10 business days of submitting the form.

If there are multiple applicants, each applicant must fill out their form.


Close Account Request

For close account requests, please fill out the following form:

Once you submit the form, one of our dedicated team members will review it and ensure you get a response within one business day confirming your account has been closed.


Delete Information Request

To process your request, please fill out the following form:

And specify if you'd like to delete your account or specific information permanently. You will receive an acknowledgment of your request within 10 days, then TurboTenant has 45 days to complete the process. We will notify you when your request has been completed. TurboTenant will maintain a record of the request as required by section 999.317(b) of the CCPA.
