Booking a Showing as a Renter

Once you click on the invite link sent by a landlord, you will be taken to a page that shows all of the landlord's availability broken up into 15-minute time slots.

  • If another renter has booked a time, it will not show as available.

  • If availability is less than 4 hours in the future, you will not be able to book a time.

  • We will ask you to enter your name, email, and phone number so that if you are not already a lead in TurboTenant, you will appear in the landlord's account so they can keep track of your information.

  • Once you book a time, you will get a confirmation email as well as reminder emails 24 and 2 hours before your scheduled time.

Once booked you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your showing

Canceling a Showing

If you need to cancel a showing you have booked, you can cancel from your confirmation email:

You can also reach out to the landlord directly to have them cancel the showing on their end. You will receive an email when your showing is successfully canceled.
