You can just navigate to the Messages tab.

Then, you'll be able to find the message you'd like to read. Listed under Chats or Renters:

Hover your cursor over the text bubble if the message is written in another language. The Translate icon will appear once that does, then click on the icon:

Then, the English translation will be displayed below the original message:
