The short answer is, yes! You can add your lease agreement that was generated outside of TurboTenant.

Step 1 - you will navigate to your lease profile. You can do that by selecting the Leases tab on your dashboard.

TurboTip: If you do not have the lease profile created you can select "Add New" within the Leases tab!

Step 2 - Select the lease profile you want to upload your document to

At the bottom of the lease profile, you will see four options:

If you already have the signatures added to your document and you want to simply share that lease with your tenant, you can select "Upload Document". You can drag and drop or click to upload and then choose to share it!

Once complete, you and your tenants will be able to view the document anytime within their portal!

If you need signatures on your document, you can select the option “Request Electronic Signature” which will walk you through the process of uploading your own document for signature. Your tenants will receive an email to review the document and sign electronically in their TurboTenant portal. At that point, the document will be sent to you for the final signature.

We also have a short video walk-through that reviews the steps on how to complete the E-Sign process.
