We automatically send your tenants a receipt for every payment they make through TurboTenant. You also have the option to send your tenants a receipt if you are recording a payment that they made outside of TurboTenant (cash, check, money order, etc.).

This option can be found in the Record Payment screen when selecting a charge you would like to record as paid outside of TurboTenant. You can read more about offline payments here. If you select "Yes", TurboTenant will email a receipt with the payment details to the tenant who paid the charge.
