Please keep in mind that deleting your listing cannot be undone and will remove any attached information like maintenance requests, expenses, etc. Your leases, payments, and tenants will still be viewable.
To Delete a Property
Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click on the Properties tab.
Step 2 - Select the rental listing you would like to remove permanently.
Step 3 - Click Settings in the upper right of your screen.
Step 4 - Scroll down and click Delete Property.
Step 5 - Check each box to confirm that you truly want to delete the property. Then click Delete Property.
This process can not be undone and will be deleted permanently.
Your listing has now been removed from your account!
π‘ TurboTip: Remember that if you are marketing the property online and delete the property, the rental listing will be removed from third-party listing sites within 48 hours.

A: At this time, the mobile app does not allow you to delete a property, only edit the property details for marketing. To delete a property on your phone, you will want to go to a web browser such as Google Chrome or Safari and follow similar steps as above to delete the property.
