Did you know that properties with 7-8 photos get 38% more leads on average?TurboTenant has made it easy to include photos in your property listing, showcasing all the benefits your property has to offer to potential tenants.
You can add photos to your property listing in one of two ways:
If you plan to print a marketing flyer, you should add at least three photos.
Note: The first three photos you add to your property will appear on the professional listing flyer we've generated for you.
You can add, remove, and rearrange your property photos at any time.
On the web
Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click on the Properties tab:
Step 2 - Select the property you would like to add photos to:
Step 3 - Select Edit Listing on the bottom left-hand side:
TurboTip: If you have more than one unit in your listing, you can update them one at a time by clicking over the unit and then using the "edit listing" as shown above.
TurboTip: If the property doesn't have a listing associated with it yet, you'll need to add the listing first. You can learn how to add additional properties to your account here.
Step 4 - On the edit property page, scroll down to the Photos & Video Tour section and click the Edit icon:
Step 5 - Once you have finished adding the photos, make sure to save them by clicking Save Changes:
Note: Keep in mind that if you are marketing the property online, changes will automatically update on third-party listing sites within 48 hours.
On the mobile app
Step 1 - Go to the Dashboard and press Properties:
Step 2 - Tap on the property you would like to add photos to:
Step 3 - Tap on Edit Photo & Video:
Step 4 - Tap Upload. You may be asked to allow access to your photos. Once you allow the app to access your photos, choose up to 20 images you want to upload. Then, tap Save:

I created my listing, but the TurboTenant only allowed me to upload 20 photos during setup. How can I add more?
Save your listing information, then go back to edit the listing and add more photos.
