Did you know that renters are 81% more likely to inquire about a property that has 10+ photos? TurboTenant has made it easy to include photos in your property listing, showcasing all the benefits your property has to offer to potential tenants.

You can add photos to your property listing in one of two ways:

There is no limit to the number of photos that you can add to your listing. If you plan to print a marketing flyer, you should add at least 3 photos.

Note: The first three photos you add to your property will appear on the professional listing flyer we've generated for you.

You can add, remove, and rearrange your property photos at any time.

On the web

Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click on the Properties tab:

Step 2 - Select the property you would like to add photos to:

Step 3 - Select Edit Listing on the bottom left-hand side:

TurboTip: If you have more than one unit in your listing, you can update them one at a time by clicking over the unit and then using the "edit listing" as shown above.

TurboTip: If the property doesn't have a listing associated with it yet, you'll need to add the listing first. Check out how to add additional properties to your account here.

Step 4 - On the edit property page, scroll down to the Photos & Video Tour section and click the Edit icon:

Step 5 - Once you have finished adding the photos, make sure to save them by clicking Save Changes:

Note: Keep in mind that if you are marketing the property online, changes will automatically update on third-party listing sites within 48 hours.

On the mobile app

Step 1 - Go to the Dashboard and press Properties:

Step 2 - Tap on the property you would like to add photos to:

Step 3 - Tap on Edit Photo & Video:

Step 4 - Tap Upload. You may be asked to allow access to your photos. Once you allow the app to access your photos, choose the images you want to upload. Then, tap Save:
