TurboTenant makes it easy to manage every aspect of your rental listing, including when itโ€™s time to take it down. If you've found the right tenant or no longer wish to advertise your property, you can stop marketing online at any point! Follow the steps below.

Turning Off Marketing

Step 1 - Navigate to the Properties tab and select the rental you'd like to extend (make sure the listing is currently published).

Step 2: Go to the Marketing tab for the property you'd like to deactivate.

Step 3: You'll see the Published status, to the far right, click Deactivate.

๐Ÿ’ก TurboTip: Once you've deactivated your listing, it takes about 48 hours for the listing to be removed from the third-party listing sites we post to. If you still receive applications, it might be because renters started their application before the deactivation process was completed.

If you're still receiving leads after turning off your listing, please click here to view our article on why you may still be receiving leads.
