This brief video walks you through the entire online advertising process for your rental listing.
Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click on the Properties tab
Step 2 - Click on the property you would like to turn marketing off for
Step 3 - Once on the Manage Property page, go to the Marketing tab and select the button to Stop Marketing Online.
If you stop accepting applications for a property, Marketing Online will automatically be turned off.
Note: It takes about 48 hours for the listing to be removed from the third-party listing sites we post to.
