TurboTenant offers tools for managing every aspect of property marketing. Did you find the right tenant? Turn off Marketing Online to remove your property details from the 3rd party listing websites.

Turning Off Marketing

Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click on the Properties tab

Then click on the property

Step 2 - Once on the Property Overview page, go to the 'Marketing' section and select the 'Deactivate Marketing' button.

You'll be asked if you want to stop accepting applications as well, and you'll want to click 'Yes, Stop.'

This helps ensure that no further applications are submitted for a property that is no longer available.

πŸ’‘ TurboTip: It takes about 48 hours for the listing to be removed from the third-party listing sites we post to. If you still receive applications, it might be because renters started their application before the deactivation process was completed.
