The TurboTenant Pre-Screener is a great way to see if a lead may qualify for your rental before sending them the application and screening request. The pre-screener is automatically sent to leads you receive from our third-party marketing partners. If this is something you wanted to send on your own rather than automatically, you can choose to turn off the auto-send feature.
How to Turn Off Auto-Sending The Pre-Screener:
To prevent the pre-screener from being automatically sent to your leads, you'll want to take the following steps in your TurboTenant account:
1. On the bottom left corner of your dashboard, click on the Account tab, then click Settings
2. Click on Pre-Screener on the top menu
3. Click on Turn Off Auto Pre-Screener
💡 TurboTip: Turning off the pre-screener will no longer automatically send a pre-screener to leads that express interest in your rentals on third-party listing sites. However, you can still manually send leads the pre-screener within the Leads tab. See how to do this here!
