Your TurboTenant property flyer is built off of the first 3 photos added to your rental listing. Read more about printing a marketing flyer for your property.

If you would like to change the photos on the flyer, you will want to edit and rearrange the photos in your listing to do so. You can see how to do this below.

Log in to TurboTenant and go to the Properties tab:

Click on the name of the property:

To the right-hand side of the page, you will see "Edit Listing"

πŸ’‘ TurboTip: If the property doesn't have a listing associated with it yet, you'll need to create the listing first. You'll be able to upload photos during the process of adding the listing.

Scroll down to the photos section and click the Edit icon:

Your property flyer will use the first three photos in this section, in order from left to right. If you have less than three photos, you can add more by clicking the "Add Photos" button. To change the order, hover over the photos and click the arrows to either the right or the left. To change the photo orientation, click the rotating arrow at the bottom of the photo. You can delete a photo by clicking the trashcan icon.

When you are done, save your changes.

Print the Flyer

Once you save your changes, navigate to the Marketing tab of the property, scroll down to the Other Marketing Tools section, and select the option to print the flyer.
