How Do I Edit My Rental Property?

You can make changes to your rental listing on TurboTenant.com or by logging into your TurboTenant Mobile App.

On the Web:

Step 1 - Log in to TurboTenant and go to the Properties tab.

Step 2 - Click on the rental you would like to edit.

Step 3 - Select "Edit Listing" on the right side of the screen.

This is for single-family homes, for multi-unit properties, you will want to go into the specific unit to find this edit page. You will click on the Multi-Unit Property, go to the Marketing tab, select the unit you would like to edit, and select "Edit Listing."

Step 4 - Click the Edit icon next to the section you would like to change, then press Save Changes when you're finished.

Note: It's possible you have a rental in TurboTenant but haven't added any listing information for that rental yet. You will see a different edit page when this is the case.

On the TurboTenant Mobile App:

Step 1 - Select the Properties tab and the property you wish to edit.

Step 2 - Scroll down to "Edit Listing."

For Multi-Unit Properties, you will want to select the specific unit you will want to edit to find the same page.

Step 3 - Select what sections to edit using the Edit Pencil Icon and save your changes.

Pausing Application Submissions

  1. Follow the steps above to navigate to the "Edit Your Listing" page for the property where you want to close application submissions.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Apply Button” section and select “Off”.

Note: This feature is currently only available on the web.

TurboTips:

  • You can edit your rental as many times as you need. If you are marketing the rental online, changes will automatically update on 3rd party listing sites within 48 hours.

  • Third-party sites that we send your listing to require that you add the entire street address. TurboTenant will be unable to syndicate your listing without the full address.

  • The majority of our rental listing websites require phone and email contact information to post, so we require both to list through TurboTenant’s network.

If you would prefer not to have your personal phone number posted on public websites, we would suggest you create a free Google Voice number, which you can then forward to your phone (or send straight to voicemail). Setting up a Google Voice number is free and easy and can be done at https://voice.google.com/u/0/about. To change the phone number on your listing, you can update your contact information within the Account tab of your landlord portal.
