How Do I Change My Email Address? - Applicants and Tenants

How do applicants and tenants change their email?

On the web:

Step 1 - Login to your TurboTenant account and click Settings:

Step 2 - Edit the information and click Save Changes:

TurboTip- You can also make changes to the name, email, and phone number fields.

Step 3 - Confirm your Email:

Once you receive the email to confirm the changes, you can follow the link to confirm and log in with your new information!


On the App:

Step 1 - Login to your TurboTenant Renter App and click "More" and then "Settings"

Step 2- Select "My Account" from the settings page.

Step 3- Edit the information and click Save Changes:

TurboTip- You can also make changes to the name, email, and phone number fields.

Step 4- Confirm your Email:

Once you receive the email to confirm the changes, you can follow the link to confirm and log in with your new information!
