As a renter, you can update your contact information whether on the mobile version, the mobile web, or the renter app. You'll be able to update the following information in your account:
First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Just so you know, if you've logged into your account, your landlord cannot edit your contact information. You can take care of this by logging into your renter portal.
On the web:
Step 1 - Login to your TurboTenant account and click Settings on the lower left corner
Step 2 - Edit the information and click Save Changes:
TurboTip- You can also make changes to the name, email, and phone number fields.
Step 3 - Confirm your Email:
Once you receive the email to confirm the changes, you can follow the link to confirm and log in with your new information!
On the App:
Step 1 - Login to your TurboTenant Renter App and click "More" and then "Settings."
Step 2- Select "My Account" from the settings page.
Step 3- Edit the information and click Save Changes:

Step 4- Confirm your Email:
Once you receive the email to confirm the changes, you can follow the link to confirm and log in with your new information!

Q: I changed my email but have not received it from TurboTenant. What happened?
A: Check your Junk and Spam email. You may also search for [email protected] in your inbox to check if you've received the email from TurboTenant.
