How to join for free
Instructions for landlords who have not yet created a Lowe’s account
It takes one minute to get set up on our Lowe’sPro account and start saving. Carefully follow the instructions below.
Follow this link once you’re ready to get started
Enter the email address you use for your TurboTenant account
From the dropdown, Select “join an existing account”
Enter turbotenant under “Pro Account ID” (It is lowercase sensitive)
Connect your credit card to automatically save in-store.
Once you hit join, you immediately unlock savings on everything from paint to water heaters.
Instructions for landlords who already have a Lowe’s account
Business Account: If you have an existing Lowe’s business account, you can still join TurboTenant’s national account to unlock deeper discounts. Follow the instructions below to join.
Sign into your existing account.
Hit your profile in the top right corner (should be your name or business name)
Go to “my organization”
Look under “organization information”
In the “pro account ID” box enter turbotenant (It is lowercase sensitive)
Now your account is linked and you’re ready to unlock deep discounts.
Personal Account: If you have an existing personal account, you'll need to create a business account or reach out to Lowe's support to convert.

How to unlock discounts online, in-store, or in the Lowe’s app
Once you join TurboTenant’s national account, you are immediately eligible for discounts online, in-store, or in the Lowe’s app. To maximize savings potential and the VIP treatment as a Pro, check out some tips below.
Connect your credit card in your Pro account so you can automatically save on purchases.
When shopping in-store, go to the Pro desk to get accurate quotes, unlock price matching opportunities, and ensure you’re aware of all promotions running.
