Group Chat With Your Tenants

Group chats are now available in TurboTenant! This is a great way to efficiently communicate with multiple renters at once. Whether you need to send out a general announcement or discuss a specific issue, group messaging can save you time and effort. Below are the steps to start Group Chatting with your renters!

1. Navigate to the Messages Tab

To begin group messaging your renters, navigate to the Messages tab on your dashboard. This can typically be found in the top menu bar of your property management software.

2. Create a New Message

Once you're on the Messages tab, click on the New Message option.

3. Select Multiple Renters

To group message your renters, select multiple renters at once. To do this, click on the circle next to each renter's name that you would like to include in the group message. You can select as many renters as you need.

4. Compose Your Message

After selecting your desired renters, you can now compose your message. This can be a general announcement, a request for information, or any other type of communication you need to send to your tenants.

5. Sending Your Group Message

Once you have finished composing your message, simply click the Start Group Chat button to send it to all of the selected renters. They will receive the message in their inbox and can respond directly to you.
