If you require Renter's Insurance, your tenants will have the option to purchase insurance through our partner SURE, or they can upload their own renter's insurance policy.
Here is where you can view that policy once uploaded:
Navigate to the Tenant's tab of your account.
Click on the Tenant's name of whose policy you would like to view.
In the Tenant Profile, you will see an overview of their leases, where you will be able to see if insurance has been purchased or uploaded for that particular lease.
If the tenant uploaded a policy, you will see "Policy Uploaded" and the option to edit, delete, or download the policy to review it.
If your tenant purchased a SURE insurance policy, you will see the policy details right on the page.
Please note: SURE insurance policies will not be able to be downloaded via TurboTenant at this time. If you would like a downloadable copy of the policy, please reach out to the tenant to obtain a copy.
