When you or your landlord are no longer using TurboTenant, you can have your information removed from the site in just a few steps.
Where To Start:
You will want to make sure your landlord has removed you from any active leases and that any past-due charges are paid or removed by your landlord. These two things must be done before we can close your account.
Once these are done, you will want to go to your Settings and Select "Change Preferences" under Notification Preferences to update your notification preferences to be turned OFF.
Reach Out to the Support Team:
Now that your account is ready to be closed, you can reach out to the Support Team via chat or by emailing them at [email protected] so they can close your account.
If you would like to fully delete your account information after they have closed your account, please follow this link or navigate to www.turbotenant.com, scroll down to the bottom of the Home Page, select βDo not sell my informationβ and submit your request there.
You will receive an acknowledgment of your request within 10 days, then TurboTenant has 45 days to complete the process. You will be notified when your request has been completed. TurboTenant will maintain a record of the request as required by section 999.317(b) of the CCPA. Please note once your request is processed this action cannot be undone.
