How do I remove or close the account?

If a landlord account was created accidentally through TurboTenant, there's an easy solution.


Step 1 - Log out of the landlord account.

Do this by clicking Account, then clicking Logout.

Step 2 - Log into your renter account through the renter login link

Click here to go to the login page.
