If a landlord account was created accidentally through TurboTenant, there's an easy solution.
Step 1 - Logout of the landlord account.
Do this by clicking Account, then click Logout.
Step 2 - Log into your renter account through the renter login link
Click here to go to the login page.

If you no longer want to receive emails, you can click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of our marketing emails or let us know and we can remove you.
If you are receiving notifications after you have logged out, you can adjust the notification settings in the account or you can also email our Customer Service agents at [email protected] to have us deactivate the landlord account.
