Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click Account then Settings

Step 2 - Edit the information in the relevant field (name, company, email, or mailing address)

Step 3 - Save your changes

Note: If you haven't done so already, you will be required to enter in your mailing address. This is used only in the rare event that something important needs to be mailed to you (ex: a corrected screening report).

Step 5 (Email Only) - Confirm Email change

After updating your email, you will receive an email from TurboTenant asking you to confirm the change. You'll need to click Confirm my Email to save the changes to your address.
