How Do I Change my Personal / Contact Information? - Landlord Only

Update your personal/contact information information from within your Landlord Account Settings Page.

Need to update your information?

Easily update your personal and contact information in your landlord account settings page by following the three steps below. To get started, make sure to log into your TurboTenant Landlord portal.

Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click Account then Settings

Step 2 - Edit the information in the relevant field (name, company, email, or mailing address)

Special note: You will need to include a valid phone number to allow you to access your account.


Step 3 - Save Your Changes

Note: If you haven't done so already, you will be required to enter your mailing address. This is used only in the rare event that something important needs to be mailed to you (ex: a corrected screening report).

Step 5 (Email Only) - Confirm Email change

After updating your email, you will receive an email from TurboTenant asking you to confirm the change. Navigate to your email inbox and click the message from TurboTenant. Within that email, select Confirm My Email to save the changes.
