Need to update your account information?
Follow the three steps below to easily update your personal and contact information on your landlord account settings page. To get started, you can just log into your TurboTenant Landlord portal. You'll be able to edit your:
Account Information (Includes name, email, phone number, and password)
Company Name (great for LLCs)
Mailing Adress (used for Instant Screening Reports)
Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click the Account tab in the lower left corner menu, then Settings
Step 2 - Click View Profile within the Account Information
Upon clicking View Profile in your Landlord Account, you can edit:
Your name
Email address
Phone number
Password
Updating Your Phone Number
You can update your phone number within the Account Settings. You'll want to enter the new phone number. For security reasons, changes to your phone number must be verified.
Please select how you'd like to verify your new phone number. Then click how you'd like to receive the verification code. You'll have two options:

Send a text message or,
Call my phone
Depending on your selection and clicking Send Code, you'll receive a numerical verification code instantly. When updating your phone number, we suggest that you log into your landlord account to enter the verification code.
(Email Only) - Confirm Email change
If you update your email address, you will receive an email from TurboTenant asking you to confirm the change. Navigate to your email inbox and click the message from TurboTenant. Within that email, select Confirm My Email to save the changes.
Final Step - Save Your Changes
