The initial action you should take is to verify that the Card information is accurate and that the funds are present in your account. If you are still having difficulty, here are some other suggestions below you may want to consider.


Payment Issue

I am on my Mobile Device, but it is not allowing me to Make a Payment.

One option available when you enter your information on a Mobile Device, there is an autofill option. This does not correctly transfer the information in most cases, and you will need to manually enter your Card Information.

Email Issue

What Does the Error "Validation Error" Mean?

If you receive the "Validation Error" message, it indicates that another account has been created using the same phone number or email address. Each application requires unique login information which pertains to the renter. If there is another account with identical information, this will generate an error and the duplicate account will have to be removed.

In this case, it would be best to reach out to us at [email protected] so we can take the necessary steps to close out your duplicate account. This will allow you to submit your application and move forward in the process.
