How Do I Unsubscribe From Emails? For Landlords.

Learn how you can unsubscribe from emails within your landlord portal

Within the Advanced section in your Account > Settings, you'll be able to modify the following notification preferences:

  • Updates & Offers -

    • This includes managing your Platform Updates, Promotions, TheKey Weekly Newsletter, Webinars & Networking Events, and Feedback Opportunities.

  • Account

    • This includes managing Messages from Renters, Property, Leads, Applicants, Leases, Check-ins, and maintenance Feedback.

  • Email Summary

    • This includes a daily summary for Leads, Daily Payments Summary, and Daily Payments Summary.

๐Ÿ’ก Notifications are sent via email unless otherwise noted. Please note: even if you turn off all notification categories, you will still receive important emails related to your account, security, payments, and billing.

Step 1:

Navigate to the Account Tab located in the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard, then select Settings, next click the Advanced section in the top right corner.

Step 2:

Within the Notification Preferences, select Change Preferences. Clicking this will allow you to adjust which emails you receive according to your choice for the following sections: Updates & Offers, Account, and Email Summary. After you make the notification settings to your liking, click the Update Preferences button to save your updated settings.


Marketing Emails

To unsubscribe from promotional or marketing emails, select "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.

FAQs

Q: I am not receiving emails. What could be the issue?

A: There are several reasons why you may not be receiving emails. The most common reason is that notification preferences may be turned off. Please check to ensure your notification preferences are enabled. Another reason could be that our emails are being marked as spam. Lastly, if your inbox is full, that could also prevent you from receiving new messages.
