How Do I Unsubscribe From Emails?

For Landlords

Step 1: Navigate to the Account Tab located in the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard, then select Settings, next click the Advanced section in the top right corner.

Step 2: Within the Notification Preferences, select Change Preferences. Clicking this will allow you to adjust which emails you receive according to your choice for the following sections Updates & Offers, Account, and Email Summary. After you make the notification settings to your liking, remember to click the Update Preferences button to save your updated settings.

Step 3: To unsubscribe from promotional or marketing emails, select "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.


For Renters

Step 1: Navigate to the Settings tab in the bottom left corner of your screen. At the bottom of your Account Information, you'll click Change Preferences to select which emails you no longer wish to receive.

Step: 2: Click Update Preferences when you are finished to save your updated settings.


It is worth noting that email notifications for rent payments are considered important and can only be adjusted by the landlord. If you're getting payment notifications even though you're no longer living at the rental property or you've made other payment arrangements with the landlord, please contact them directly. They'll need to remove the charges within their portal to ensure that you no longer receive emails.
