To make life simple and easy for you, when any charge is created on the lease profile, it automatically shows up in your renter's tenant portal, allowing them to pay the charge.
While there isn't a reminder tool that you can use (yet), you are able to send the tenant a message from your Landlord portal to remind them to make their payment.
Charges will show in the renter account 15 days prior to the due date and a reminder email is sent to the tenant's email 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before the due date.
As a note - Past due payment reminders are sent out 1, 3, and 5 days after the due date passes without the charge being paid.
