Are you looking to pay your rent early?
Great news! You can pay your monthly rent charges up to 15 days before the due date, and you can pay one-time charges as soon as your landlord adds them.
After you log into your Renter Portal, you’ll see your upcoming charges in your Dashboard. Below, we’ll walk you through how to submit a payment before it’s due.
Step 1: From your dashboard, click the blue Make a Payment button. This will open a new screen showing the charge details.

Step 2: Select the charge by checking the box. If you want to add details about the payment, you can do so via the Payment Note field.
Double-check that the charge box is selected and a note is added as needed.
Step 3: Click the Make a Payment button.
You'll receive confirmation that your payment is being processed.
Please note: it can take up to seven business days for your rent payment to be deducted from your bank account. Make sure to have those funds available throughout this period.
