Applicants Must Submit an Individual Application

At this time, an application is required for each individual who is 18 years or older and who will be living at the property. There isn't an option to co-apply to a listing using one application. Fair Housing laws also require that all applicants are treated equally, regardless of familial status.

Please note that each applicant must use a unique email address. Here are some tips on leases with multiple tenants for you to utilize.

Why an Individual Application is Needed

The reason for this is that each application/screening report is tied to an individual's Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), allowing you to receive and view screening report information such as credit history, rental history, and eviction history.

Submitting Your Application

When your lead is submitting an application, please make sure that they submit accurate and up-to-date information; including the SSN or ITIN, and be sure they list any other person wanting to occupy the property.

Next Steps

Once an applicant has submitted their application, you will receive a notification allowing you to review it and then "Approve" or "Deny" the application!
