When you receive (or create) a maintenance request within TurboTenant, you can quickly send a work order associated with that maintenance request.
Here's how it works:
Go to your Maintenance tab and open the maintenance request within TurboTenant. Click the button to send a work order.
Within the "Send Work Order" form, provide the email address of the maintenance worker and type an optional custom message to include any further instructions to the maintenance worker if necessary.
š” TurboTip: You can now save the contact information of your Maintenance Pro for easy requests! Just enter the pros' contact information and the type of work they do and hit "save." You can then select them from the drop-down menu when you go to send a work order in the future.
Clicking the "Send Work Order" button will email the maintenance worker the information they need to get the job done.
