You can download a copy of the application for your records or to share with someone outside TurboTenant. The PDF application will also have an Authorization page that you can share with previous employers or landlords for reference checks.
Downloading the Application
Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click on the Applicants tab.
Step 2 - Click "View Applicant" next to the applicant's name.
Step 3 - Click the Application tab
Step 4 - Click the “Print” button.
Step 5 - Change the printer destination to Save as a PDF.
Step 6 - Click Save.
Downloading the Authorization Form
If you are looking to download a copy of the authorization form, you can locate this at the end of the application when you print the application and follow the steps above! You may choose to customize the pages you are printing to customize and download the document by itself. This is especially useful when sharing it with previous Property Management companies who may ask for it when you request a reference.
