TurboTenant’s screening report pages do not include a built-in Print button. This is intentional and based on requirements from our screening report provider to help ensure consumer data is handled as securely as possible.
Although the print button has been removed, you still have a workaround if you need a physical or saved copy.
Printing a Screening Report
If you choose to print the report, the only available method is to use your device’s built-in print tools:
Open the applicant’s Screening Report in TurboTenant.
Use your device’s print function (for most devices, this is right-click → Print or File → Print).
Adjust your print settings as needed.
You may also take screenshots if you prefer to save only certain sections.
There is currently no download or export option for screening reports.
Why Is There No Print Button?
Our screening report provider requires that the print button be removed to reduce the risk of sensitive information being stored or shared in an unsecured way after printing.
While printing cannot be fully prevented through your device, removing the print button adds an additional layer of protection for consumer privacy and data security.
Need a Copy for Your Records?
You may still print using your device’s print function or save screenshots, but please ensure you store, share, and dispose of any printed or saved copies securely.
