How Do I Delete a Rental Listing?

The steps to delete a room, unit, rental, or property listing

This article will show you how to delete a listing from your account permanently:

Please keep in mind that deleting your listing cannot be undone and will remove any attached information like leases, tenants, etc.


On the web:

Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and click on the Properties tab.

Step 2 - Select the rental listing you would like to remove permanently.

Step 3 - Click Settings in the upper right of your screen.

Step 4 - Scroll down and click Delete Property.

Step 5 - Check each box to confirm you truly want to delete the property. Then click Delete Property.

This process can not be undone and will be deleted permanently.

Your listing has now been removed from your account!

TurboTip: Remember that if you are marketing the property online and delete the property, the rental listing will be removed from third-party listing sites within 48 hours.


On the TurboTenant mobile app:

Step 1 - Log in to your TurboTenant account and tap on Properties at the bottom of your screen. Select the correct rental property.

Step 2 - Tap Settings.

Step 3 - Scroll down and click Delete Property.

Step 4 - Check each box to confirm you truly want to delete the property. Then click Delete Property.

This process can not be undone and will be deleted permanently.

Your listing has now been removed from your account!
