You may decide against an applicant for a plethora of reasons. When this happens, you can deny and archive the applicant in your account so they are no longer in your list of potential renters.
To archive an applicant, take the following steps within your account on the web. The TurboTenant Mobile App does not yet offer the option to archive an applicant.
Step 1:
Click on the Applicants tab, and then click "View Applicant" to bring up the applicant you want to archive.
Step 2:
Click "Reject" in the upper right corner
Step 3:
You'll have the option to choose how you would like to proceed with the applicant:
Archive Applicant - you will have access to the applicant under "Archived Applicants". They will NOT be notified as a result of this action.
Deny Applicant (Without sending a message) - The applicant is marked as denied nd archived. They will NOT be notified as a result of his action.
Deny Applicant & Send Message - The applicant is marked as denied and archived. TurboTenant will send an email telling them they were denied and include their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

At this point, the applicant will be removed from your main applicant page and sent to the "Archived" applicant page.
