To archive an applicant, take the following steps within your account on the web. The TurboTenant Mobile App does yet not offer the option to archive an applicant.
Step 1 - Log in to your account.
Step 2 - Click on the Applicants tab and then click "View Applicant" to bring up the applicant you want to archive.
Step 3 - Click "Reject"
Step 4 - Choose which option best fits the situation.
Note: Choosing Archive Applicant or Deny Applicant will not send an email, but clicking Deny Applicant & Send a Message will. You can view more information on those options here. To see what the emails look like, click here.
At this point, the applicant will be removed from your main applicant page and sent to the "Archived" applicant page.
